What every account includes

- Child safety is never a paid extra. Content moderation, guardian controls and safety tooling are on for every account, on every plan.
- Roles included. Owner, manager, teacher and office roles come with the account — you are not charged per seat to delegate work.
Billing, cancellation & refunds
- You see the price before you pay, and what you are buying is stated at checkout.
- You can cancel a payment within the window set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and request it from your payments page.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Renewing extends your membership rather than starting a second one.
- Every payment, cancellation and refund is logged, and you can ask us for the record.
Common questions
Do I need a paid plan to use Quiz129?
No. Students can practise and institutions can run a small operation without paying.
Can one owner run more than one module?
An organisation is set up as one kind — tuition, classes or school — and sees that module. If your organisation genuinely spans more than one, contact us and we will set it up correctly rather than you paying twice.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your current paid period runs to its end date. After that the paid features switch off, but your records are not deleted and you can still export them.
Are prices per student?
No. Institution plans include a student and staff allowance, shown in the table above.
